Christmas Party for all my fellow Mermaids

I had the best intentions... I layed out the camera and I made sure the memory card was in...all of these were quite a feat for me and once again for the 6th year in a row, I forgot to take pictures at my annual ladies or should I say mermaids only Christmas party. I only have the day after pictures...sorry. These are my favorite bells of Ireland in the kitchen. These are a no brainer...everyone comments and all you do is pop them in a vase! This is my new "C" . I bought it in Tampa....simple but great!
My dear sweet friends bring me great gifts and my daughter opens them. I would like to open them but it has become rather a ritual for her to open them. Oh, to have my 13 year olds life!

I felt compelled to show this one. My fun, "Santa Mermaid" surrounded by the old empty remains of a life well spent. Lol aka wine bottles. I am waxing poetic tonight...perhaps, it is because I am watching an English movie and they speak so eloquently.

This my kitchen... a wreck!

Next blog will be on my Christmas 911. :)

Kim,

I'm so sorry we had the conflict for that evening because I love you dearly and wanted to be at your mermaid fest! Next year if you are kind enough to invite me again, I will make SURE that no conflict ensues. :-) We had a good time, too, but I missed seeing you! I'm so glad your party was fun. I knew it would be!

I'm still eating the aftermath of the dinner from last night... just polished off a plate (no kidding) of cookies. Why do I do this to myself? I'm going to look a giant snowball if this continues! ;-)

XO XO XO,

Sheila... who can't wait to see a certain blonde mermaid! :-)

Sheila, You are so dear ! I love you too and do not feel bad b/c I am watching an old movie and eating leftover Plains special Cheese ring...my favorite...hearts of palm, olives, artichokes, and the like. No calories in those right!

Hi Kim...Sounds like a good time was had by all! It's probably just as well that you forgot the pics! I drive my family crazy now that I'm blogging! They know that they are not allowed to eat one bite of ANYTHING until I have taken pics of it all!...Debbie

Dropping back by, Kim, to say how much I LOVE the mermaid you painted for my MIL! Oh, how tempted I am to keep it for us! LOL! It's adorable, and I love my t-shirt, too! You are the absolute best! :-)

I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas, Kim, a Christmas filled with all the love your heart can hold!

Sending much love to my favorite mermaid and the avowed Mermaid Queen!

Merry Christmas!

XO,

Sheila :-)
